Who doesn’t love a smoothie? They’re packed with nutrients, energy dense to fuel your day or curb a sweet tooth and super easy and fast to whip up. This smoothie is sweet, with a bit of salt and super delicious.
1 frozen banana
2 cups milk of choice (I use almond or oat milk)
5 Medjool dates, pitted
pinch of salt
dash of vanilla
1½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 serve (25g) Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder
½ cup of ice
Optional: 1 serve of Two Islands Unflavoured or Vanilla Marine Collagen Beauty Powder
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into your favourite glass and serve!
