Peanut Butter & Chocolate Mug Cake

- 3 tablespoons almond milk
- 2 tablespoons almond meal
- 2 tablespoons Two Islands Chocolate Pea Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter + extra for serving
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
- Lightly oil the inside of a mug or ramekin.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except for chocolate chips.
- Fold chocolate chips through the batter.
- Pour batter into mug and microwave for 1 minute. If still not completely cooked then heat for another 30 seconds.
- Drizzle extra peanut butter over top and serve with coconut yoghurt and berries.
