Peanut Butter & Chocolate Mug Cake

  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond meal
  • 2 tablespoons Two Islands Chocolate Pea Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter + extra for serving
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
  1. Lightly oil the inside of a mug or ramekin.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, except for chocolate chips.
  3. Fold chocolate chips through the batter.
  4. Pour batter into mug and microwave for 1 minute. If still not completely cooked then heat for another 30 seconds.
  5. Drizzle extra peanut butter over top and serve with coconut yoghurt and berries.
