Dark Chocolate Flourless Brownie

This brownie is moist, decadent, rich, fudge like and quick to make. It’ll go down a treat with anyone! By Ruby Alexander from @earthlingrubyy.

  • 1 serve, 25g, Two Islands Chocolate Pea Protein
  • 3 eggs
  • 175g butter melted or coconut oil melted
  • 200g melted dark chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups almond meal/flour
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  1. Turn oven onto 180C bake. Line a baking tin with baking paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter or coconut oil. Allow to cool for 5 minutes so it doesn’t cook the eggs.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
  4. Pour into a cake or loaf tin. Optional to sprinkle over raspberries or Peanut butter or chocolate.
  5. Bake for around 25-30 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
