Island Rewards

Island Rewards is a loyalty programme designed to elevate your experience with Two Islands through first access to new products, sales, events and membership perks. Island Rewards members will enjoy exclusive birthday rewards, gift-with-purchase opportunities throughout the year, vouchers and free products. You can become an Island Rewards member by creating an account here.

You will earn points on all Two Islands online purchases at twoislandsco.com. You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent on all qualifying purchases. Earning Island Rewards points throughout the year will allow you to move through the programme’s tiers, and you will have access to exclusive benefits and rewards.

To join Island Rewards, you'll need to create a Two Islands account using your email address and a password. It's free to join and as a bonus for joining, 50 points are automatically added to your account.

You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent, you will also earn points for completing other actions, such as creating an account or starting a subscription. Bonus points may also be offered from time to time. Spend excludes service and delivery charges, and returns or refunds will be deducted from your points balance once processed. Points are updated immediately and will be available to be viewed in your account.

As rewards become available, you
will be notified via email as to the reward on offer and how to redeem it. If redeeming points for a voucher you will need to keep a copy of the code on record so that you can apply it at checkout. Rewards may also include early access to new releases, sales and events tailored to your tier.

When you purchase one of our refill products, you’re saving on packaging and helping us reduce waste. We want to reward you for making this choice by giving a higher amount of points.

If you were a member of our
previous Island Rewards programme we have taken the liberty of recalculating your points balance based on your spend between the 1st July 2023 to the 21st January 2024. This spend has been converted into points based on the $1 equals 1 point earning rule and applied to your account. This excludes any bonus points earning offers.

Unfortunately not, this program is exclusively for purchases made at twoislandsco.com, whilst being logged into your Island Rewards account.

Yes, your tier status is reviewed and refreshed 12 months from the date you entered the tier. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to earn points to remain in the tier for another year, or even move up. As your points are also able to be redeemed for rewards, you will need to redeem these points within the same 12-month period before they expire. Redemption of these points for rewards will not affect your tier status. You can track your expiry date on your account dashboard and you will be notified 30 days before your points are due to
expire.

Yes, we do. You can gift a friend a $20 voucher to use towards their first purchase online of $48 or more. You'll receive a $20 voucher in your account for every successful referral. To successfully refer a friend through our referral programme, you'll need to create or already have an Island Rewards
account. Then, enter your friend's email address in the "Refer a Friend" section of your logged in Island Rewards page. Alternatively, you can copy your unique link and share it directly with your friend. Your friend must be new to Two Islands (never purchased online with us before) and must place an order through your unique referral link. If these conditions are met, your Island Reward $20 voucher will be added to your account automatically.

Yes, subscription orders qualify for the standard points-earning rule ($1 = 1 point) as well as additional bonus points. Subscription customers will receive a bonus of 50 points for each subscription sign-up as well as 100 points for each 3rd consecutive subscription order and 300 bonus points for each 6th consecutive subscription order.

Yes, dollar voucher rewards can be redeemed on subscription orders via your subscription customer portal. However, the free product cannot be redeemed with subscription orders and needs to be placed as a one-time transaction.
