A delicious dairy free peanut butter smoothie for anyone on the go, with a secret serve of vege snuck in!
1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 serve Two Islands Vanilla Pea Protein
2 tbsp peanut butter
½ tsp vanilla paste or extract
Optional: 2-3 medjool dates and extra peanut butter to serve.
Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth.
Notes: For a chocolate version add 1 heaped tablespoon of cacao powder.
