Chocolate Protein Oats

These chocolate oats are not only super delicious but nourishing and packed with good stuff!


¾ cup rolled oats
½ cup boiling water
½ cup milk of choice
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 serve (25g) Two Islands Chocolate Pea Protein Powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
Optional: 1 serve of Two Islands Unflavoured or Vanilla Marine Collagen Beauty Powder
Optional: 1 small courgette grated
Optional: berries and banana to decorate on top + 1 tbsp nut butter

  1. In a pan on medium to high heat add the boiling water, oats and milk of choice. Stir until thickens. Add more liquid if you prefer runnier.

  2. Add the protein powder, cinnamon, cacao, collagen/courgette (optional) and stir until well combined.

  3. Pour into a bowl and drizzle maple syrup overtop. Add your favourite berries, banana or nut butter on top too!
