COVID-19 update: October 14, 2021

Due to the current lockdowns in the Auckland area and a higher volume of deliveries, NZ Post is reporting delays of up to 5 working days in Auckland and up to 1 working day for the rest of New Zealand.

If you do not receive your NZ order within 10 working days, please contact NZ Post for assistance.

Shipping and Delivery

We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so that you can follow your order’s journey. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, kindly check your spam folder for tracking details.

New Zealand Orders

New Zealand orders are sent using NZ Post.

Outside of free shipping promotions: Free shipping for orders over $75 NZD.
Flat rate shipping of $5 NZD non-rural and $10 NZD rural, for orders under $75.

 

International Orders

All international orders are sent via DHL Express.

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Two Islands. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to placing your order.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, Two Islands is not responsible for orders that have not been received due to incorrect delivery details and cannot be changed after checkout is complete. Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your order or collect it if you receive a card-to-call. Two Islands cannot re-send your order outside New Zealand if your order gets returned to us due to non-delivery/non-collection.

DHL Express provides safe and fast shipping worldwide. Transit times provided in your tracking details are estimates only and delivery times may be extended due to delays such as customs, quarantine processing, freight plane schedules and demand in your region. Please track your order using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.

Countries shipped to and their rates are dictated by DHL Express with regions of but not limited to:
Asia, Africa, Europe, Australia, North America and South America. You can see the full list of countries shipped to at check out.

Please contact DHL support directly to get information about your order once it has been dispatched, only contact Two Islands Customer Care if your order has been deemed lost by DHL or if you have received faulty or damaged products.

Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds, exchanges or replacements are only issued if the product is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, Two Islands will issue a replacement, refund or exchange for orders placed within 30 days from the date of purchase from twoislandsco.com. Refunds, exchanges or replacements do not apply to change of mind or dispute of efficacy. 

Refunds and returns are available for New Zealand customers only. International customers please select your products carefully.

If your order is damaged, faulty or the incorrect item was sent please get in touch with our Customer Care Team. Purchases made through through third party sites are required to contact the respective company to enquire about their order details including tracking and third party return policies.

Twoislandsco.com pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and includes GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Discount codes are only eligible for one-off purchases, and are not eligible for Subscribe & Save orders.
