 Islands Rewards Programme Terms 


  1. Overview

Island Rewards (also referred to as Two Islands’ Rewards Programme) is a customer rewards programme (“Program”) managed and conducted by Two Islands Co. NZ Limited (“Two Islands”, “we” or “our”) for the benefit of its customers (“Customer” or “you”). By joining Island Rewards you agree to these Island Rewards Terms and Conditions (“Reward Terms”). Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to these Terms.

  1. Participation and Membership
  • To join Island Rewards, create an account on
  • If you are under the age of 18 years, you must have parental/guardian approval to opt into the Programme, and further your parent/guardian must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
  • It is free to join and there are no fees to have an Island Rewards Account
  • You may cancel your Island Rewards Account at any time by emailing our Customer Service team at If you cancel your Account, your accrued Points will be no longer be available.
  • Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Members.


  1. How to earn Island Rewards Points
      • To earn points for your purchases online, you must use the email address associated with your Account.
      • You can earn Island Rewards by purchasing any of our Jar, Tub or Refill Products, successfully Referring a Friend to purchase Two Islands, leaving a review of a product, providing your mobile number for SMS alerts and by creating an Account for Island Rewards. These points will be calculated and accessible on your Rewards dashboard within 36 hours of taking the action.
      • Extra points (+30) for subscribing to a product will be available within five working days of each repeat subscription order being fulfilled. The first order placed via subscription is exempt from extra points (+30).
      • Extra points (+30) for bundles, sets and kits and extra points (+100) for a customer’s first purchase will be available within five working days of the order being fulfilled.
      • Review points will be awarded if you leave a review on a Two Islands product you have purchased via the review request email you will have been sent. Only one review can be left per product. There is a limit of one review per week.

                • You can also earn points by successfully Referring a Friend to make a purchase on
                • A Referral is defined as a purchase made by a customer (the ‘referred customer’) through exclusively using another customer’s (the ‘referring customer’) unique referral link.
                • If a referred customer does not use this unique link to make a purchase, this purchase will not count as a Referral.
                • For every unique qualifying purchase made by a customer because of a referral, the referring customer will get 100 Island Rewards points as part of the programme.
                • For a Referral to be successful it must: - Be a new customer to Two Islands as matched on email address
                  - Include at least one product valued at $48 or more in the order.
                  - Referrals are subject to verification, Two Islands may withhold the offer for  a referral where it deems a customer has referred a customer under fraudulent or suspicious circumstances and/or are in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
                  - When you provide your friends email address it will be used to send one email to your friend inviting them to try Two Islands. The friend’s email will not be sent any further marketing communications from Two Islands unless they decide to opt in to Two Islands marketing communications.
                  - By providing the email address of your friend, you acknowledge you have obtained your friend's approval to share their email address for the purpose of receiving one email offer from Two Islands.
                • Island Rewards excludes returns, refunds, delivery charges, and the purchase of gift cards.
                • Two Islands reserves the right to change points balances if it believes someone is unfairly accumulating points not within the rules set out in these terms and conditions.
                • Points or vouchers earned as part of this loyalty programme are not redeemable as cash or monetary value.
                • Individuals receiving a free product to represent the Two Islands brand are not eligible to receive points for gifted products.
                • Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity.

4. Island Rewards

  •  As part of the Programme, you will be eligible to earn Island Rewards Points by purchasing products on our online store and/or performing ‘point-earning’ behaviours outlined on the Island Rewards page.
    • For every 1000 Island Reward Points you accumulate, you will be able to redeem these points on one complimentary refill voucher to be used in conjunction with your next purchase.
    • Once you redeem your points for a voucher, the voucher is valid for six months.
    • To redeem the reward, you must add the complimentary refill you want to redeem your voucher on to your cart, plus at least 1 other product over the value of $48 and then apply the voucher code in the checkout to receive the lowest value refill for free.
    • If you are buying more than one refill in the transaction, the free product will be the lowest value refill in your cart.
    • You must use your voucher in conjunction with another product purchase over $48.
    • Complimentary voucher codes are not valid with Subscribe & Save, bundles or any other discount codes. 
    • Any transactions that occur in one of Two Islands’ partner retail stores will not count towards the Programme.
  • To the extent that Island Rewards points or rewards have been achieved by you in connection with a breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise incorrectly allocated to you, including as a result of an error on the part of Two Islands, we may adjust your Island Rewards points to the extent necessary to address the breach or error (as the context permits), or rectify any incorrect allocation of rewards.
  • When a Customer obtains a refund or reimbursement for goods purchased from Two Islands, an adjustment is also made to the Island Rewards points in the amount of the reimbursement granted.
  1. Rewards and Perks
  • If you submit your birthdate on the Island Rewards page, you will receive a reward on your birthday for 25% off. This reward is valid for 1 month from your birthday and is not valid with Subscribe & Save or any other discount or promotional code. If you submit your birthdate on Island Rewards within 30 days of your birthday then the reward will be sent to you 30 days after submitting your birthdate.
  • Any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers communicated as part of the Programme may include specific offer terms and conditions, including expiry dates and redemption conditions.
  • All offers, gifts, benefits or rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or equivalent.
  • Island Rewards points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent.
  • All Island Rewards gifts, benefits or offers are subject to availability. Two Islands is not liable for any rewards, gifts, benefits or offers not being available for any reason.
  • Two Islands reserves the right to change or withdraw the Island Rewards Programme and giveaways and these terms at any time without notice.
  1. Island Rewards Promotions
  • At times Two Islands may offer “Double Points”. You will be notified about these offers via your email address if you are opted to receive updates from Two Islands.
  • Double points are only awarded to customers who are a part of Two Islands’ loyalty programme and who purchase products through our online store during the promotion hours stated.
  1. Change of Details
  • If you change your details please notify Two Islands via your Account or contact us at
  • Two Islands is not responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the benefit of Island Rewards communications and rewards, gifts or benefits.
  1. Suspension and/or Termination
  • Two Islands may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Programme without further notice if you have breached these Reward Terms.
  • Where your right to participate in the Programme is suspended or terminated, any benefits, rewards and rights and Island Rewards status you may have at that time under the Programme shall thereby suspend or terminate (as the case may be).
  • The Customer’s participation in the Programme may be terminated by either Two Islands or the Customer by providing the other party with at least 30 days written notice.
  1. Warranties, Liability and Taxes

Our Terms of Service cover the warranties, liability and any taxes in relation to the Programme.

  1. General Information

Two Islands expressly reserves the right to change the Programme elements (including, but not limited to, the Island Rewards levels, expiry dates or the way in which Island Rewards, gifts, rewards, benefits or offers are earned and redeemed) or cease running Island Rewards at any time (without any liability to the Customer or any third party). Two Islands will use reasonable endeavours to give advance notice to all Customers of any material changes in writing or by otherwise posting it on our website or other channels. If you do not agree to these changes, you may terminate your participation in the Programme by providing Two Islands with at least 30 days’ written notice after the date you received written notice of the changes or the changes were posted on our website or other social media channels.

A notice or communication shall be deemed to be given by Two Islands to you if it is sent to your email address listed in your Account or by otherwise posting it on our website or other social media channels.


  1. Governing Law

These Reward Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
