Need your Two Islands ASAP? Place your order at twoislandsco.com and pick it up the next day via Click & Collect Xmas Pop-up from our Two Islands Ponsonby location. Available on orders from December 15 - December 23.
How to place a Click & Collect order
Place an order at twoislandsco.com with the items you wish to purchase. At checkout, you will be offered the options to have your order shipped or to choose "Pickup" from our Ponsonby address.
Choose "Pickup" if you would like to pick up your order from Ponsonby. Note: This option is not available on orders with Subscribe & Save, or with orders where ApplePay or GooglePay is your preferred payment option.
You will receive two emails: one email will confirm your order, the other will confirm that your order is ready to be picked up from our Ponsonby location.
When your order is ready, Two Islands will also text you at the phone number on your order to let you know your order is ready.
Please note: Two Islands cannot change your delivery method after you have received your order confirmation email. Orders with free shipping cannot be changed to local pickup; those orders with local pick up cannot be shipped. We apologise for this inconvenience.
How much does it cost to choose "Pickup" aka Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is FREE and offered at no cost to you.
Can I pick up my Subscribe & Save order from Ponsonby?
Unfortunately, our Subscribe & Save orders are only eligible for shipping, and cannot be collected via Click & Collect.
When can I pick up my order?
Orders placed after 8am can be picked up the next business day, from 11am to 5pm at 19A Blake St, Ponsonby, Auckland.
For example: If you place an order Thursday and choose to Click & Collect from Ponsonby, you can pick it up Friday between 11am and 5pm.
If you place an order on Friday, you can pick it up on Monday, anytime between 11am and 5pm.
The last day for Click & Collect orders is December 23, for pick up on December 24.
Where can I park to pick up my order?
There is on-street parking on Blake Street, Sheehan St, and Prosford St. Parking limits and or parking fees may apply. There is no on-site parking available.
The nearest AT bus stops are on Pompellier Terrace and at Three Lamps bus stop. Two Islands is also walking distance from All Saints Anglican Church on Ponsonby Rd and St Stephen's Presbyterian Church on Jervois Rd.
What do I need to pick up my order?
Please bring your order confirmation email and a mask with you. You can text 027 306 5254, 30 mins prior to arrival, and we'll have your package ready and waiting for you at the door.
Upon arrival: You can either print your order confirmation email out or show the email on your phone. Two Islands will verify the email by viewing through the window before placing the parcel outside the entrance.
Customers picking up an order must abide by the following:
- Wear a mask to 19A Blake St.
- Scan in at 19A Blake St with the NZ COVID Tracer app, or sign in our ledger book.
- Follow the pick-up signs on site.
- Bring their order confirmation email for Two Islands to verify.
DO NOT PICK UP AN ORDER IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK, HAVE COLD OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS, OR HAVE BEEN ASKED TO ISOLATE.
If you are sick, you can pick up your order at a later date, on any business day until December 24, 2021.
COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Our Two Islands team will leave your package outside our office door after verifying your order confirmation email.
Our team will be abiding by the following public health recommendations:
- Two Islands staff will be wearing appropriate PPE, including masks
- Staff will maintain a 1-metre distance
- Staff engage in regular and frequent handwashing and surface cleaning.
