Post workout salted caramel smoothie

High protein, good source of carbs and fibre, balances blood sugar, hydrating, replenishing, energy restoring.

  • 1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands salted caramel protein
  • 1 serving (10 grams) Two Islands vanilla collagen beauty powder
  • 1 frozen banana - chopped
  • 3 Medjool dates - pitted
  • 350 mls oat milk
  • 5 cubes of ice
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  1. Add liquid and ice to a high speed blender – we used the new Nutribullet 1000w Blender Combo
  2. Pro tip – Always add liquid first to prevent powder sticking to the bottom
  3. Add all ingredients and blend
