Post workout salted caramel smoothie
High protein, good source of carbs and fibre, balances blood sugar, hydrating, replenishing, energy restoring.
- 1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands salted caramel protein
- 1 serving (10 grams) Two Islands vanilla collagen beauty powder
- 1 frozen banana - chopped
- 3 Medjool dates - pitted
- 350 mls oat milk
- 5 cubes of ice
- ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- Add liquid and ice to a high speed blender – we used the new Nutribullet 1000w Blender Combo
- Pro tip – Always add liquid first to prevent powder sticking to the bottom
- Add all ingredients and blend
