To celebrate World Digestive Health Day, we spoke to some of our regular Happy Gut users to find out how supporting their digestive health has benefited them most.

Meet Margo, she has been taking Happy Gut daily after breakfast for 6 months after being diagnosed with colitis and proctitis of the bowel in September 2022. Read on to hear about her results.

Why did you begin taking Happy Gut, were you struggling with anything in particular?

I was struggling with lots actually.  I was diagnosed with colitis and proctitis of the bowel after a colonoscopy in September 2022.  Prescription medication didn't agree with me so I thought I'd try Happy Gut to maybe settle things down. 

What benefits have you noticed from taking Happy Gut?

I am much more regular!!  And my gut actually feels more stable if that makes sense!  I just feel better.

Is there anything that has surprised you about taking Happy Gut, or any extra benefits you weren’t expecting?

I've had troubles for quite a while with irregularity, constipation, diarrhoea and even bleeding. Since taking Happy Gut I can't believe how much better I am, no bleeding, more regular and far less constipation or diarrhoea.

I have also made some changes to my diet.  I am following, or trying to, the SCD diet (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) and along with Happy Gut I think it's all made a massive difference to my wellbeing.  I'm so pleased I found it!

How do you take Happy Gut?

I take Happy Gut in the morning after breakfast, just 2 spoons into a glass of water.
