Tropical Vanilla Protein Bowl

Packed with over 40g of protein, healthy fats, and carbs, it’s perfect for busy days. Simply mix Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option) with Two Islands Vanilla Protein Powder, then top with chia and hemp seeds, granola, and your preferred combination of fruits and nut butter for an extra boost

  • 100g Plain greek yoghurt (for DF, use coconut yoghurt)
  • 2 TBSP Two Islands Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
  • Fruit of choice
  • 1 TSP Peanut Butter
  1. Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix well until smooth and combined.
  2. Top with your chosen fruits, granola and nut butter.
  3. Enjoy!
