Tropical Vanilla Protein Bowl
Packed with over 40g of protein, healthy fats, and carbs, it’s perfect for busy days. Simply mix Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option) with Two Islands Vanilla Protein Powder, then top with chia and hemp seeds, granola, and your preferred combination of fruits and nut butter for an extra boost
- 100g Plain greek yoghurt (for DF, use coconut yoghurt)
- 2 TBSP Two Islands Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP Hemp Seeds
- Fruit of choice
- 1 TSP Peanut Butter
- Add all your ingredients to a bowl and mix well until smooth and combined.
- Top with your chosen fruits, granola and nut butter.
- Enjoy!
