The most popular of our Marine Collagen Beauty Powders, Two Islands Unflavoured Collagen is free of taste which gives you the freedom to mix into any liquid. Two Islands Marine Collagen Beauty Powder is premium quality and high strength.
Harvested from the pristine waters of the North Atlantic Ocean, our marine collagen is Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) approved meaning it is from a verified sustainable fishing source. It is also a by-product of the fishing industry that would otherwise go to waste.
All Two Islands Marine Collagen Beauty Powders are water soluble meaning you can mix into your tea, smoothie, have in water and even add to your baking.
Collagen makes up about 75-80% of our skin's structure, providing a sort of scaffolding. As we age, our body’s ability to naturally produce collagen declines. From around our mid-twenties, production drops by around 1% per year, with a 30-50% total loss in women by post-menopause. Other factors like smoking, stress, over exposure to sunlight and a poor diet can also cause a decrease in the amount of collagen our body produces. Consequently, a decrease in collagen leads to wrinkles, dry and sagging skin, thin hair, brittle nails, and can result in joint problems due to weakened cartilage.
Taking a high quality collagen supplement is an easy way to provide your body with collagen peptides. As for type? Marine collagen in particular is highly bioavailable, meaning that it is extremely well absorbed in the body. Because of its small particle size, it is 1.5x more efficiently absorbed by the body compared to bovine or porcine derived collagen.
Mix 1 level tablespoon in 250ml or more of water, coffee, tea, fresh juice or blend into smoothies.
Store in a cool, dry place. We recommend using within 3 months of opening to maintain product integrity.
Our recycled paper cardboard tubs are printed with vegetable-based ink and contain a food-grade aluminium foil lining. Due to the mixed material of fibre and foil, these plastic-free tubs need to be disassembled in order to be recyclable.
Please separate the components by removing the top and cutting the canister lengthwise. Peel the inner foil lining away from the cardboard, and dispose of the lining and collagen tub lid in the rubbish. You can put the cardboard in your neighbourhood recycling containers, or tear up the cardboard and put it in your household compost bin.
Our Vanilla Marine Collagen Beauty Powder is naturally flavoured with luscious, creamy vanilla and can be blended solo with water, or combined with just about any other flavour you can dream up. Containing 10g of hydrolysed Marine Collagen per serve and sweetened with a hint of monk fruit extract.

"Absolutely love this"
I love to mix the vanilla collagen in my porridge during the week and can't wait to use the coconut this time. I loved the sample I got in my previous order and hope the full size package will be just as good :)

7 Reasons for the loss of collagen and what you can do about it.
Along with age, there are a few things that can cause collagen levels to decline, leading to wrinkles, stiff joints and brittle nails. Read on to find out what they are, and what you can do to support healthy skin and collagen production naturally.
Ordered this yesterday afternoon on a whim after seeing a friend hyping it. It arrived this morning - timely shipping, love that!
I’m writing this review as I drink it for the first time - I have the lemon & lime flavour. All I can say so far is that this stuff is yum! It has a subtle flavour, like putting some lemon juice in your water. There’s no weird aftertaste like that I’ve found with other collagen powders. I’m definitely sold on the taste, but I’ll come back in a few weeks to add any thoughts on the efficacy of the product.
Hi Nat, thanks so much for your lovely review - glad you're enjoying the collagen! x

Marine Collagen Beauty Powder
I'd heard the rumours - that collagen could help during peri-menopause, that it could assist my hair that had become dry and brittle (thanks hormones!) So when a friend recommended this product I was desperate to try anything! Boy was she right - my hair is silkier and glossier and, miracle of miracles, it is actually growing! The product tastes amazing and I actually look forward to stirring it into my cup of green tea each morning. Thanks guys, love your work!
Hi Sharon, thanks so much for your lovely review! That's so great the collagen is bringing back your hair shine!! xx

Amazing product and great results
I love the texture and the delicate mango taste. I have started seeing some improvements of my hair that looks shinier and healthier. I didn't need to add to my smoothies as actually it was great just as a cold drink option. Amazing product! Highly recommended
Hey Annalisa, thanks so much for the lovely review! So great to hear you're enjoying the Mango flavour all on it's own :)

Love the product
Haven’t been using this long enough to notice a difference yet, but the quality is incredible. The flavour is really nice and not unpleasant at all. I add it to smoothies and porridge and it blends really well.
