Vanilla & Berry Overnight Oats
These overnight oats pack over 30g of protein - the sweet spot to kickstart your day with energy, keep you full for longer, and support healthy hormones. They’re also packed full of fibre, healthy fats, antioxidants and skin-loving collagen - all in one super easy breakfast that only takes 5 mins.
- 1/2 cup Harraways Rolled Oats
- 25g Two Islands Vanilla Pea Protein
- 2 tbsp Two Islands Unflavoured Marine Collagen Beauty Powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp LSA
- 3/4 cup of milk or nut milk
- Your favourite toppings (think berries, sliced banana, yoghurt, nut butter, shredded coconut)
- Mix everything (except toppings) in a bowl or container until smooth.
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, top it your way and dig in!
