Vanilla & Berry Overnight Oats

These overnight oats pack over 30g of protein - the sweet spot to kickstart your day with energy, keep you full for longer, and support healthy hormones. They’re also packed full of fibre, healthy fats, antioxidants and skin-loving collagen - all in one super easy breakfast that only takes 5 mins.

  • 1/2 cup Harraways Rolled Oats
  • 25g Two Islands Vanilla Pea Protein
  • 2 tbsp Two Islands Unflavoured Marine Collagen Beauty Powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp LSA
  • 3/4 cup of milk or nut milk
  • Your favourite toppings (think berries, sliced banana, yoghurt, nut butter, shredded coconut)
  1. Mix everything (except toppings) in a bowl or container until smooth.
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, top it your way and dig in!
