Introducing our first Island Icon, Sophie Gilmour! Celebrated restauranteur, founder of Bird on a Wire and part-owner of Fatima's and co-working space The Village in Auckland. Sophie does it all. She also owns hospitality consultancy Delicious Business and serves as a double charity board member for Everybody Eats and DineAid.
