Chocolate Protein Mousse

  • 50g (4 rounded tablespoons) Two Islands Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup organic coconut milk
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • Sliced fresh strawberries
  • Freeze dried blueberries and raspberries
  1. Add all ingredients except the berries into a high speed blender and process until smooth and silky.
  2. Spoon into bowls and top with fresh sliced strawberries and freeze dried berries.
