Chocolate Protein Mousse
- 50g (4 rounded tablespoons) Two Islands Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup organic coconut milk
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Sliced fresh strawberries
- Freeze dried blueberries and raspberries
- Add all ingredients except the berries into a high speed blender and process until smooth and silky.
- Spoon into bowls and top with fresh sliced strawberries and freeze dried berries.
