Twoislandsco.com pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and includes GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping with New Zealand
Orders under $80 we have a flat rate shipping fee of $5 within NZ*
If you live rural we have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 within NZ.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm NZST Monday through to Friday will be dispatched the same day. For Auckland and the majority of North Island you can expect overnight delivery pending no transit delays. For South Island deliveries your order will arrive within 2 business days pending no transit delays.
We'll send you an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details so that you can follow your orders journey. If you don’t receive an email to your inbox, please check your spam folder for tracking details.
Online orders - COVID-19 update
All New Zealand orders are sent with CourierPost. The majority of customers are receiving their orders in the usual timeframe. However, delivery time will depend on the demand for deliveries in your area, how many drivers are scheduled, as well as how many staff CourierPost have at the processing facilities which can change day to day. Drivers are doing their best to get goods to everyone around the country as quick as possible. You can monitor the CourierPost website here for updates on the status of their services.
If your order has been delayed, we recommend that you monitor your delivery via the tracking details found in your shipping confirmation email, as well as sign up for ‘delivery updates’ to get automatic updates for you order.
