No refunds are issued unless the product is faulty or the incorrect item was sent, in which case, a refund or exchange will be issued. If there is a problem with your order please get in touch with us via email@example.com.
Twoislandsco.com pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD), and includes GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with sale items on twoislandsco.com and twoislandsco.com.au
Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping with New Zealand
Orders under $80 we have a flat rate shipping fee of $5 within NZ*
If you live rural we have a flat rate shipping fee of $10 within NZ.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 3pm Monday through to Friday will be dispatched the same day.
Auckland and most of the North Island deliveries are next day (pending no transit delays with the courier company).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us as soon as your parcel has been dispatched with your tracking number and a link to the website where you can track your parcels journey. Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your location and distance from Auckland, New Zealand. These do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds & any other delay outside of our control. We ship using Courier Post for NZ orders and New Zealand Post for international orders.
