COVID-19 Update

Understandably, there have been many questions following the Government's response to COVID-19, so we wanted to update you, our loyal customers, and provide some clarity during this uncertain time.

Two Islands orders and deliveries are still available

FMCG businesses involved in the supply, delivery, distribution and sale of food are classed as an essential service, as a result we’re glad to say that we will be able to provide you with your favourite Two Islands products online.

All Two Islands products are manufactured, packed and dispatched in a facility that holds a custom food control plan registered with MPI. Some of the food brands located at the facility, as well as Two Islands, are supplied to food retailers that are open and operating. The facility is a contractor to Two Islands and no staff at the facility are directly employed by Two Islands.

All internal Two Islands employees are working from home so there is no risk to our families or the public - we are all safe and staying put in our own homes and communicating with each other via email and video calls.

Will my order be delayed?

All New Zealand orders are sent with CourierPost. The majority of customers are receiving their orders in the usual timeframe. However, delivery time will depend on the demand for deliveries in your area, how many drivers are scheduled, as well as how many staff CourierPost have at the processing facilities which can change day to day. Drivers are doing their best to get goods to everyone around the country as quick as possible. You can monitor the CourierPost website here for updates https://www.courierpost.co.nz/track/delivery-delays/ on the status of their services.

If your order has been delayed, we recommend that you monitor your delivery via the tracking details found in your shipping confirmation email, as well as sign up for ‘delivery updates’ to get automatic updates for you order.

How do I change my delivery address?

With many being impacted by the recent isolation requirements, please remember to update your delivery address to ensure you continue to receive online orders and subscriptions without any delays. If you need to update your delivery address, you can do so via your account, and as always you can contact our Customer Care team at hello@twoislandsco.com who will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
