Yoghurt Bark

Set for 3 hours
2 cups greek yoghurt 
1 serve Two Islands Vanilla Powder
1 serve Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Powder
1 tbsp honey 
Toppings of choice (This recipe used strawberries, cacao nibs, and chopped nuts)

 

  1. Mix the yoghurt, honey, protein powder, and collagen powder until combined really well.
  2. Line a slice tin or large shallow container with baking paper and pour the yoghurt mix in. 
  3. Spread the yoghurt mix out depending on how thick you want your bark to be.
  4. Sprinkle toppings over the bark and place in the freezer for 3 hours, or until completely frozen.
  5. Remove from the freezer and break into pieces. The bark keeps well if stored in a freezer bag.
