- In a saucepan on a low heat cook the oats in the coconut milk stirring until desired consistency is reached
- Add in the blueberries and coconut threads, stir until blueberries are cooked through (1-2 mins)
- Remove saucepan from the heat and stir in Two Islands vanilla & coconut protein as well as the Two Islands vanilla collagen beauty powder
- If it is too thick add more coconut milk, top with your favourite toppings and serve.
Optional – Soak oats overnight in coconut milk, this way they are thicker and creamier.
