Berry Vanilla Protein Shake

This berry vanilla protein shake is perfect post-workout drink as it's packed with a serve of Two Islands Protein Powder that helps fuel your body, top up your energy and it also helps with muscle building and recovery. Pro tip - make sure to add lots of ice, making this the ideal cooler during these hot summer months. By Ruby Alexander from @earthlingrubyy.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used oat milk)
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves (approx. ½ cup)
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1 serve (25g) Two Islands Vanilla Pea Protein Powder
  • Optional: 1 tbsp of Nut Butter
  1. Place all measured ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
