Salted caramel french toast

Two

2 slices of thick toast bread - preferably a day or two old
2 eggs
3 tablespoons milk - plant based for DF
1/2 serve (12.5g) Two Islands salted caramel protein
1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil

1. Combine the eggs, protein powder & milk until smooth

2. Dip bread into mixture and soak each side for atleast 30 seconds.

3.Heat butter/oil in fry pan on a medium heat and once hot place soaked bread into the pan. 

4. Cook until golden each side. Approximately 2.5 mins each side. 

5. Serve with maple, yoghurt and stewed apples.
