1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup almond meal
½ cup cacao powder
2 servings (50 grams) Two Islands Chocolate Protein Powder
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 heaped tablespoons date paste
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup chocolate almond butter
¼ cup coconut oil
100g dark chocolate
Combine coconut, almond meal, cacao powder, protein, first portion of coconut oil and date paste in a blender.
Pour mix into tray.
Mix maple syrup, remaining coconut oil and chocolate almond butter in a bowl.
Pour chocolate almond butter mixture onto the base.
Cover in melted chocolate and freeze again.
