Quick and easy salted caramel oats

1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup hot water
1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands salted caramel protein

Optional:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds

Toppings of choice:
banana, kiwifruit, yoghurt, peanut butter, seeds

1. Soak oats in hot water for a couple of minutes until the water starts to absorb. If using chia and flax, soak them at this time as well.

2. Pop the oats in the microwave for 30 seconds. Check on it and stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds.

3. Check the consistency of oats is to your liking, if too dry, add a splash more water and microwave for 15 second bursts. If too wet, stir and keep microwaving in bursts.

4. Once oats are cooked, stir in two islands salted caramel protein and top with your desired toppings
