Protein Chocolate Mud Cake

This chocolate mud cake will please anyone with a sweet tooth. It’s fluffy yet moist and has the added benefit of protein powder to give some extra goodness and chocolate flavour.

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serving, 25g Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 30g chia seeds
  • Peanut butter & coconut yoghurt for serving (optional)
  1. Blend banana, coconut milk and protein powder together in a blender.
    Pour mixture into a jar.
  2. Mix in the chia seeds and leave for 30 minutes or longer, stirring occasionally so the chia doesn’t bind together ( can get lumpy if not stirred).
  3. Add toppings and enjoy.
