Protein Chocolate Mud Cake
This chocolate mud cake will please anyone with a sweet tooth. It’s fluffy yet moist and has the added benefit of protein powder to give some extra goodness and chocolate flavour.

- 1/2 banana
- 1 serving, 25g Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 30g chia seeds
- Peanut butter & coconut yoghurt for serving (optional)
Blend banana, coconut milk and protein powder together in a blender.
Pour mixture into a jar.
- Mix in the chia seeds and leave for 30 minutes or longer, stirring occasionally so the chia doesn’t bind together ( can get lumpy if not stirred).
- Add toppings and enjoy.
