1/2 cup + 2 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon plant milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 scoop Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Protein Powder
1/2 tablespoon hemp seeds
Jam, of your choice for the filling
Mix all ingredients up in a bowl, leaving out the jam, if it's too dry add a dash more milk.
Pop in the mixture fridge for 10 minutes then roll out into balls.
Split each ball in half, press a tiny hole, add a tiny amount of jam in the centre, too much and it will all squirt out!
Press the halves together and reroll, this bits a bit messy but worth it!
Store in the fridge or freezer.
