Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

5 cups almond meal
1 serving, 25 grams, Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder 
5 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon Light Coconut Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

 

  1. In a bowl add almond meal, peanut butter protein, peanut butter, vanilla extract and honey.

  2. Drain the liquid from the coconut cream and scoop out 1 tablespoon of the thick cream and add it to the other ingredients.

  3. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined or use a fork and mix well by hand for 2-3 minutes.

  4. With damp hands, roll the mixture into even shaped balls.

  5. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate.
