Peanut Butter Berry Smoothie Bowl

1.5 frozen bananas
1 cup of frozen mixed berries
1 heaping scoop, 15g, Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder
½ cup frozen cauliflower
½ cup soy milk, or milk of choice
Toppings of choice. Fruit, granola, vegan yoghurt, peanut butter etc!

  1. Blend the oats/ground almonds and coconut together until a flour consistency is formed and starting to bind slightly

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate and blend until well combined

  3. In a bowl mix in chopped chocolate

  4. Roll into balls

  5. Enjoy!!
