Peanut Butter Secret Smoothie

A delicious dairy free peanut butter smoothie for anyone on the go, with a secret serve of vege snuck in! By Nicky Brady of @beautyandtreasures.

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 serve Two Islands Vanilla Pea Protein
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla paste or extract
  • Optional: 2-3 medjool dates and extra peanut butter to serve.
  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz until smooth.
