Mini Peanut Butter + Banana Muffins

1 cup self-racing flour
⅓ cup Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder
1 tbsp Raw Cacao powder
Pinch of Salt
2 very ripe large bananas mashed with a fork
⅓ cup non-dairy milk
⅓ cup melted Vegan Butter
½ cup sugar or sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup peanut butter


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180° C.
  2. Combine flour, Two Islands Peanut Butter Pea Protein Powder, raw cacao, salt in one bowl.
  3. Blend banana, milk, butter, sugar, vanilla extract and peanut butter.
  4. Pour wet mixture into the flour and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour mixture into mini muffin tins about ¾ full.
  6. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Enjoy.
