Fluffy Salted Caramel Pancakes

1 banana
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup milk of choice, AnnaMaree used almond milk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup spelt flour
1 serving, 25 grams, Two Islands Salted Caramel Pea Protein Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Toppings such as lemon slices, berries, nut butter, chocolate, maple syrup, nuts

 

  1. Combine milk of choice and apple cider vinegar and leave for five minutes

  2. Combine in a blender the banana, egg, vanilla, and milk vinegar mixture until smooth

  3. Pour blender ingredients into a bowl and mix in flour, protein, baking soda, and salt

  4. Pour mixture into pan and flip when the bubbles that form on the top burst

  5. Cover with toppings

  6. Enjoy! x
