Cookie dough bliss balls

10 - 12 servings

1 cup almond meal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 chopped dark chocolate
1 serving (25 grams) Two Islands Salted Caramel protein
4 tablespoons maple syrup 
1-2 tablespoons milk of choice (we used almond)
OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate, 1 tablespoon freeze-dried raspberries

1. In a bowl, combine almond meal, nut butter, chocolate, protein powder and maple syrup, and mix well. 

2. Add the almond milk until the mixture is moist and soft. 

3. Roll into small balls and place in container in fridge for 1-2 hours. 

4. Top with melted dark chocolate and freeze-dried raspberries.
