Cookie Dough Bliss Balls

12 balls

1 cup oats or ground almonds
1 cup desiccated coconut 
1 serve, 25g, Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Pea Protein Powder
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted 
2 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla 
Pinch of salt 
¼ cup dark chocolate, chopped 

  1. Blend the oats/ground almonds and coconut together until a flour consistency is formed and starting to bind slightly

  2. Add all remaining ingredients except chocolate and blend until well combined

  3. In a bowl mix in chopped chocolate

  4. Roll into balls

  5. Enjoy!!
