Coco Cashew Vanilla Smoothie

Servings:

1 glass
1 cup coconut milk (add more if you prefer it thinner)
1 frozen banana (add 2 if you prefer it thicker)
½ cup cashews
1 serve (25g) Two Islands Vanilla Pea Protein Power
Handful of dates or 1 tbsp maple syrup (add more if you like it sweeter)
Pinch of salt
  1. Pre-freeze banana the night before. You can use fresh banana but the texture is creamier with a frozen banana.

  2. Blend all ingredients together.
  3. Enjoy!
