Chocolate protein brownie

250g melted dark chocolate
3 large eggs 
3/4 cup plant based milk
1/4 cup coconut oil melted 
1/4 cup oats 
1/2 a banana 
1/2 cup pecans 
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder 
1 serving (25g) Two Islands chocolate protein

Add 1/4 cup coconut sugar or rice malt syrup

1. Turn oven on to 180C fan bake. Line a brownie tray or use a silicon tray.

2. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until creamy (you’ll have chunks of pecan however in the mix so it won’t be fully smooth). 

3. Place in oven for approximately 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. 

4. Optional to decorate with nuts and a melted chocolate drizzle.
