2 servings, 50 grams, Two Islands Chocolate Pea Protein Powder
½ cup coconut sugar
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup gluten free flour
¾ cup cocoa power
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chocolate buttons or chopped chocolate pieces
½ cup water
½ cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Add all dry ingredients into one bowl and combine.
In a separate bowl melt the butter, and let it cool. Once cooled add the egg, water and vanilla and whisk to combine.
Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients bowl and add the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined and then add the chocolate.
Place into a lined slice tin, and smooth out with the back of a spoon.
Place in a pre-heated oven, bake at 160 degrees on fan bake for 25-30 minutes. The brownie may still be bubbling and not look done, but it will firm up a lot as it cools.
