Chocolate bounty bliss balls

12 pitted medjool dates
2 cups fine coconut 
1 cup blanched almond meal
¼ cup coconut oil - melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
2 serves (50g) of Two Islands chocolate protein
1 tablespoon of almond butter 
¼ - ½ cup water - add enough to make batter smooth and dough like

1. Place all ingredients into a food processor. 

2. Blend until smooth and sticky. Add more water if needed. 

3. Roll mix into bite sized balls. 

4. Roll in coconut.

5. Set aside in the fridge.

OPTIONAL:
Roll the balls in fine coconut for decoration.
