Chia Seed Jam & Cream Cheese Bagels

1/2 cup jam

1.5 cups frozen raspberries
1 serve, 25g, Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Pea Protein Powder 
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
Cream cheese, or cream cheese alternative 
Bagels of your choice 

 

  1. Heat the raspberries in a small saucepan until the berries start to break down

  2. Add the chia seeds and honey and turn the heat down to low

  3. Stir regularly for 10 minutes then add the protein powder and allow to cool

  4. Spread cream cheese onto toasted bagels then drop dollops of chia seed jam on top and spread.
