Caramello Inspired Bliss Balls

10 - 12 balls

3/4 cup ground almonds
2 servings, 50 grams, Two Islands Salted Caramel Protein Powder
1/2 cup soaked dates
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon almond milk
1 teaspoon salt 
1/2 block of dark chocolate

1. In a blender, combine ground almonds, protein powder, peanut butter, almond milk, soaked dates and salt. Blend until the mixture is combined. 

2. Roll the mixture into balls, place balls on a plate and set in the fridge/freezer for 1 hour. 

3. Remove the balls from the fridge and in a bowl melt the dark chocolate. Dip and coat each ball in the chocolate and place back on a plate and set in the fridge for another 30 minutes.
