1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup mixed sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds
1/3 cup coconut yoghurt
1/3 cup almond flakes or chopped almonds
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 cup sultanas
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Zest of 1/2 an orange
Juice of 1 orange
1 green apple grated
1 serving, 25 grams, Two Islands Vanilla & Coconut Pea Protein Powder
1 Serving, 10grams, Two Islands Collagen Beauty Powder
Green apple sliced
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Drizzle of organic honey
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or best overnight.
Serve in a bowl or glass jar and top with sliced apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
